the man of muddled days ( a little tale of true for monday ( ? ) )


on a monday he was born

or he so used to say

with his shoes odd on footholds

the man of muddled days


on a wednesday he then wed

yes then said knot he tied

oh how he could that forget?

'twas christmas & july


his wife was wraithly-vaguely

then came children as ghosts

he design made calendars

them bills it seemed paid those


& then one noon at midnight

a funny-turn felt strange

he died knowing truth of days

they're all just made-man names

...
